Cooking is one of my passions. Growing up I wanted to host my own cooking show like Yan Can Cook or Monterey's Cookin' w/ Chef John Pisto. I credit a lot of my cooking to my parents and grandparents. All whom are great cooks. I still call my parents up and ask, "How do you make _____?" Also, many of the recipies I have learned have came from people that have came into my life.
I still have dreams and ambitions to go to culinary school. But until then, the least I can do is share some of my favorite recipes that I have learned through out the years...
